Grilled Corn, love it. Indigo's most FAVVVVORITE thing is corn - that and chocolate milk (and yes she would totally eat them together if you let her.) Lets take a walk though memory lane, aka 2 days ago.
INGREDIENTSCorn, shucked
Sea Salt
Fresh cracked Pepper
Olive Oil
Rosemary if you like, we did

Aluminum Foil to wrap the corn
DIRECTIONSCoat the corn cobbs generously with olive oil then lightly sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Roll your corn cobbs into the aluminium foil, add a sprig of rosemary into that foil if you like.
I grilled our cobbs over a medium heat on the main grill section for 15-20 minutes, just test with a fork.
