Cleaning the pond pump

Oh what a thrill... It should really be done every week and each time I clean it I tell myself that I will do just that... Then I don't.  I think 06:50 is a little early to be rattling around the garden though so I will give it another hour before I head outdoors. Another sunny day is forecast  but I think I may have a housework day as the constant heat is getting to be too much for me.  I am working in the morning and typically it is forecast to rain tomorrow so I am hoping for a lift off Alexander.  It will be nice to see some rain though as the garden really does need a good long drink. I might put the hose on it before I go for my morning walk.
