I have a love hate relationship with lip gloss. As a smoker for years, I developed a hatred of it for the simple reason - it went everywhere. Now, as a non smoker - its almost growing on me.
I was impressed by the line up of the new Make Up Forever Plexi Gloss line up because there is literally not a color they haven't thought of. I am loving the far range personally. There is a purple that has my name on it and also the black as well.
I'm impressed more by gloss when it adds to a lipstick. I like Funtabolous from MAC for that reason - the 3D effect over the top of the lipstick. It turns purples into blue. Anyway, the gimmick with the Plexi Gloss is the brush which has a split in it.
The split in the brush helps to hug the contours of the lip. I am so ill from the over use of the word contour at this point. I mean seriously ill. I don't really feel a need for a split in a wand on gloss but I've never tried it so possibly could be converted?
I sadly don't live near a MUF and have to stock up when in London or Dublin. I do go to the Dublin branch whenever I'm in town because they have really kick ass products and really great staff. I also get my special FX from there.
Anyone tried the split brush?
